I just came back from taking care of an errand and after meeting a old acquiantance, I just saw a newsfeed in facebook about a volcano erupting. It was Taal Volcano who spew a huge smoke which spread quickly that even our place and ash started to fall from the sky. What's surprising it even reached Manila. We closed all the doors and windows to not get ash inside. Good thing I got home before it happened. The next day everything is covered in ash. Everyone was quickly buying face mask and it sold out very quickly in every store. We were advise to sweep all the ash put it in a sack. Me and a lot of our neighbors dose the roads with water to reduce dust from spreading but it was only temporary. I wasn't able to go out far from the house but when mom went to her office, she was shock to see a lot of places where filled with ash. A lot of businesses where closed and fewer public transpo are out. 

It seems the Volcano is calming down, and hopefully it calms down and sleeps. Good thingits not worse in our area, but residence around it had it worse in Batangas. Thankfully a lot of help and donations are pouring in including from the government.
