I can finally get my laptop after 65 days in the service center. Last week I called  SC and said the replacement parts arrived and it was a keyboard problem. A little too late to tell and it'll be ready for pick up next week

Suprisingly, I discovered many users that have the same model have similar problems. I trust that said brand so I bought my 2nd laptop from them. So this was unexpected. I thought that I should've waited longer did more research. Sadly, I don't have control of money since its mom's money. That's the problem when I still rely on my parent for these kind of things.

The Service Center is also a problem. They never properly update me on my laptop's status and only discovered the problem when the parts arrived. And the parts take a really long time to get since you have to order it overseas. These issues should be fixed in less than a month because people rely on them for school and work. Some don't have an extra PC/laptop with them or even money to buy another. These gadgets are expensive.

Hopefully, that's the last problem that I'll have.
